What's Included?

The add on includes a series of templates designed for all types of commercial building inspections including: apartment buildings, office buildings, small dental or doctor offices, residential buildings converted to commercial property, churches, and many other types. Below is a look at the six templates included:

• Apartment Building
  This is designed for apartment/multi unit inspections. It includes information for the lots and grounds, exterior of the building, common areas, and you can add in as many individual units as needed.


• Office Building
  This template is designed for inspecting office buildings.


• Light Commercial
  A flexible form designed for inspection of 1-2 story commercial buildings. It works great for residential property converted to commercial, dentists or small doctor offices, as well as any other commercial building property of smaller size.


• Medium Commercial
  A flexible form designed for inspection of medium sized commercial buildings. Can be used for office buildings, multi-purpose buildings, churches, among other building types.


• Commercial BySytem
  Designed to be used by inspectors who prefer creating more of a narrative type report that goes system by system, instead of reporting on individual rooms. It can be used for any type of commercial building.


• Commercial Generic
  A very flexible form for light and medium commercial buildings. Add/Remove sections as needed to match the property you are inspecting.

1. Q: How much does it cost?
   A: The cost of the commercial building add on is $399 if you already own Palm-Tech Inspector.
   
   
2. Q: Do I have to own Palm-Tech Home Inspection Software to use the commercial add on?
   A: You are able to purchase the commercial inspection templates as a standalone product, however, if you already own Palm-Tech Inspector you get a substantially discounted price (only $399).
   
   
3. Q: Is it a separate program from Palm-Tech?
   A: No. The commercial add on works right within Palm-Tech Inspector and the templates function the same way as the regular home inspection templates.
   
   
4. Q: What types of buildings can I use it for?
   A: It can be used for a wide variety of commercial buildings such as: apartment buildings, office buildings, small dental or doctor offices, residential buildings converted to commercial property, churches, restaurants and many other types.
   
   
5. Q: Can I modify the templates?
   A: Yes. You are able to modify the inspection templates on a property by property basis, or make permanent changes by creating your own, modified templates.
   
   
6. Q: Will I need to completely reinstall Palm-Tech? Will I lose any of my current template or library information?
