Palm-Tech 6.05 Update

You must already be running Version 6.0 or higher of Palm-Tech. Make sure that your Pocket PC is connected to your desktop PC before beginning the installation.

Download the file below and run it.

To run the file, open Windows Explorer and locate the downloaded file. Either double click the file or select it by single clicking the file and press the 'Enter' key.

NOTE: There is no default directory for downloading. Be sure to note the path where you are downloading the file.

Version 6.05 Adds the following improvements:

• Added the ability to synch your Pocket PC directly from the Start Application
• Added the ability to modify the default message that appears when PDF files are e-mailed including merge field capability.
• Updated the Texas REI 7-2 template to print better on the Pocket PC
• Modified the Pocket PC Electronic signature window to make it easier to sign.
• Added a 4 point insurance inspection template

Version 6.05 addresses the following issues:

• Fixed the issue with importing data from Version 5 Users with Front Office would receive an error message when starting the Pocket PC application
• Fixed the issue where some users would find that Inspector would send inspections to the Pocket PC without a file extension
• Fixed the issue where files would sometimes not synchronize from the Pocket PC.
