They can help with getting movers, transferring utilities, change of address, insurance quotes, and help them tackle any projects they plan on doing after the move like mounting a TV, assembling furniture, getting a security system in place, and much more. Your client chooses what they want help with.

  • Q: Will they call my clients if they don’t want to be called?
    No. Each client decides if this is a service they are interested in.

  • Q: What if I have a client who isn't interested in the service?
    No problem. Each client gets to decide whether or not they are interested in getting help from Porch. If they are not interested they will simply not agree to the TCPA and they will never be contacted by Porch.

  • Q: How much of my Palm-Tech subscription will Porch sponsor? What if we're a multi-inspector firm? What about software updates?
    Porch will sponsor your entire Palm-Tech subscription if you opt-in to the Home Assistant Gold program. This covers all software updates/upgrades and licenses for all the inspectors at your company using Palm-Tech.
