On the Palm-Tech app there is a Contact Us button on the main screen of the app. This gives you several options to get in contact with Palm-Tech.
To enter the Contact Us screen, simply tap on the green Palm-Tech icon in the bottom right corner of the screen or tap on 'Contact Us'. Below we'll take a look at each of these options.

  1. E-mail - When you tap the Email button, an option to select your email provider will pop up. Here you can tap on the email client that you use and send an email to support@palm-tech.com.
    If you have a specific email account set up with the device, an email will automatically populate with the support@palm-tech.com address already in. All you have to do is add a subject and body and send it off.

  2. Phone - The phone button is obviously for smartphones and will not be able to help you on a tablet pc. When you tap on the Phone button, your smartphones dialer will automatically pop up with the number to Palm-Tech already there. All you have to do is press Send/Call.

  3. Web Support - If you have internet access on your device, tapping on the Web Support button will take you to the support section of the Palm-Tech website. Here you can search for support help and also view tutorials, webinars, and How To guides.

  4. Facebook - When you tap on the Facebook icon, you will be taken directly to the Palm-Tech Facebook page. Here you can stay up to date on all the latest Palm-Tech news and updates, as well as, connect with other inspectors. The Palm-Tech Facebook page is also a great way to pass the time while waiting on that next inspection.   5. Report an Issue to Tech Support - This is a great tool to help us troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. Here you can fill out an error report to let us know of any difficulty you are having with the app. Simply fill out your name, email, and describe the problem you are having. It is also very important to check the box 'Attach an inspection file' at the end of the error report. When you check the box and click 'Continue', you'll have the option to select the inspection that you are having trouble with. This is important for troubleshooting and will help us look into your issue.
