iPhone X

iPhone X

Date Written: 12/28/2017

The iPhone X was released on November 3, 2017, and was the third new phone released by Apple this year (joining the iPhone 8 and 8+). It is the most expensive iPhone ever, starting at $999 USD. From a big picture standpoint, it has the power and the larger screen of the 8+, in a device the size of the iPhone 8. This means you get a large screen without having a phone so large it might not fit in your pocket. The iPhone X includes new features and a new design that make it standout from all other iPhones.

Perhaps the most noticeable change is that the iPhone X no longer has a home button. Not having a home button allows the phone to have the larger screen on a smaller device as the screen can now go from edge to edge on all sides. The phone also includes Face ID which replaces Touch ID. This means you can unlock the phone with your face instead of pressing your finger on the home button. The camera takes high quality pictures and has performed better then the already great camera in the iPhone 8+.

If you're looking for the best possible iPhone then the iPhone X is for you. While it may take some time for you to adjust to not having a home button, there is a lot to like about this phone.
