New iPhones 2019

New iPhones 2019

Date Written: 9/12/2019

On September 10th Apple announced three new iPhone models which are the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. They will be available for pre-order on September 13th and available in stores on the 20th. One of the big changes from the past few years is that the price for the iPhone 11 is only $699 which is the cheapest you’ve been able to get a new model iPhone since the iPhone 8.

The new phones look very similar to last year’s models with one major change. The iPhone 11 includes two rear cameras and the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max both include three. This is the first time we’ve seen three rear cameras on an iPhone (although we’ve seen up to four rear cameras on some Android phones). These improved cameras along with new camera tools (Night mode, slow-motion selfies, etc) are perhaps the biggest improvements on the devices.

The phones also include the typical upgraded internal components you would expect. The updated processor is said to be 20% faster than last year’s and the battery is supposed to last longer as well.

These phones should deliver everything you expect out of an iPhone. Great performance, great pictures and reliability. While there is nothing that feels ground breaking in them the lower entry price point on the iPhone 11 should make it easier for people on older models to upgrade devices.
