In the Palm-Tech app you have the ability to change the way your reports look. You can do this by going to 'Settings' and tapping on 'Report PDF Settings'. A few weeks ago we did an article that went over the different options at a high level, but in this one we'll take a closer look at the various options under the 'Page Options' section.

The 'Page Options' section has some of the most commonly changed settings that impact how your reports look. Let's take a look at what each of the options does:

  • Show Ratings as: This gives you the option to have ratings appear in the report as checkboxes, as words or not appear at all.
  • Show Ratings Keys: This option controls how detailed of an explanation about ratings appears at the top of each category. You have several options such as a full explanation including the names, abbreviations and definitions, as well as, the option to have them not appear at all.
  • Show Photos: This allows you to have photos appear in the body only, summary only or both.
  • Use Line Numbers: You can decide whether or not you want the lines in the report to be numbered.
  • Print Entered Lines Only: If this option is selected, then any lines you leave blank will not show up on the report.
  • Include Cover Page: This is one of the most commonly selected options. Checking this option will allow you to have a cover page at the beginning of each report.
